De toeleveringen van eten en drinken buitenshuis lijden nog steeds onder de corona-restricties in horeca en catering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vier weken eerder (in 2020p9) liet de periodemonitor nog een mindere daling zien (Foodservice totaal: -20,5%).<br>In de laatste week van periode 10 werd een landelijk gedeeltelijke lockdown van kracht, waarbij horeca eerder dicht moesten en thuiswerken streng aanbevolen werd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2020 p10 Horeca en leisure :&nbsp; -22,2%<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Horeca en Leisure laten in periode 10 een daling zien van 22,2%, waar deze in periode 9 lag op -18,8%. Waar de horeca eind september nog tot 00.00 uur open mocht blijven, werd hier in oktober een einde aangemaakt met de sluiting van alle horeca om 22.00 uur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veel ondernemers proberen net de klap van de eerste lockdown te boven te komen en nu moeten de deuren helaas w\u00e9\u00e9r dicht. Steeds meer restaurants besloten in periode 10 niet meer 7 dagen per week open te blijven en ook bij hotels was de dalende bezettingsgraad steeds vaker een reden om te sluiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu er medio oktober zelfs een volledige lockdown is ingegaan voor de horeca zal dit voor p11 en de komende perioden meer negatieve gevolgen gaan geven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2020 p10 Catering -33,4%<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De catering in bedrijven, onderwijs en zorg laat een daling van 33,4% zien. Dat is ook iets negatiever dan de -31% uit periode 9. Het lijkt erop dat het gros van werknemers in bedrijven steevast vanuit huis werkt. Bedrijfskantines zijn beperkt open. Scholen zijn open maar fysiek onderwijs is slechts beperkt. Ook schoolkantines zijn beperkt open.<br>In zorg draait de catering voor medewerkers en pati\u00ebnten\/bewoners nog volop maar alle bezoekersfaciliteiten staan op een laag pitje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2020 p10 Foodservice onderweg -14,2%<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>On-the-go blijft wederom het meest stabiel in periode 10 met een daling van 14,2%.
