Dat heeft te maken met de meetmethode en de afbakening van de sectoren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>definitieverschillen (eten en drinken versus totaal inclusief logies, zalen, entree ed)<\/li><li>de verschillen in de ontwikkeling van het aantal vestigingen. (hoofdactiviteit \u2013 nevenactiviteit; wanneer wel\/niet toewijzen aan horecasector, wanneer is bedrijf nog Retail)<\/li><li>meting vanuit goederenstroom \u201cinkoop\u201d of via \u201comzet\u201d volgens BTW registers.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2013-2015 nader bekeken<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Over 2013 t\/m 2015 zijn de verschillen in omzetcijfers nader bekeken.
